Accommodation/Tenancy (0101)

Assist Personal Activities High (0104)

Assist-Life Stage, Transition (0106)
We help participants manage significant life changes such as moving home, starting school, or transitioning into employment. Our support focuses on developing life planning skills, building independence, and creating routines that prepare individuals for the next stage of life.


Assist-Personal Activities (0107)
We provide hands-on assistance with daily personal activities to promote independence and dignity. This includes showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation, all delivered with compassion and respect for your preferences and routines.


Assist-Travel/Transport (0108)
Our transport services ensure participants can attend appointments, programs, and community activities safely and on time. Whether it’s a ride to therapy, social outings, or medical visits, we help you stay mobile and connected with your community.


Community Nursing Care (0114)
Our qualified nurses deliver care in the comfort of your home, supporting complex health needs such as wound care, medication management, catheter care, and chronic disease monitoring—ensuring your well-being is prioritised every day.


Daily Tasks/Shared Living (0115)
We assist individuals living in shared or supported accommodation with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household management. Our goal is to build your capability to live independently while receiving the help you need.


Innovative Community Participation (0116)
This program encourages participants to engage with their community in creative, meaningful ways. Whether it’s learning new skills, volunteering, or joining interest-based groups, we support you in developing confidence and fostering lasting social connections.


Development of Life Skills (0117)
We provide personalised training to enhance everyday life skills, including budgeting, time management, public transport use, and healthy living. These skills are essential for promoting autonomy and achieving greater independence.


Household Tasks (0120)
Our team helps with household chores such as cleaning, washing, dishwashing, and home organisation. These services are designed to maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment so you can focus on your personal goals.


Participate Community (0125)
We support participants to engage in social and recreational activities that enrich their lives. Whether it’s attending events, joining hobby groups, or simply going out for coffee, we’re here to help you build meaningful community connections.


Therapeutic Supports (0128)
We provide access to skilled allied health professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and psychologists. Our therapies are tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on improving functional capacity and quality of life.


Group/Centre Activities (0136)
Our group and centre-based programs offer social, recreational, and skill-building activities in a supportive environment. These sessions promote interaction, creativity, and personal growth, helping participants thrive within a friendly community setting.
